Когда в 1994 году Маккартни, Старр и Харрисон составляли антологию «The Beatles», вдова Джона Йоко Оно передала им плёнки с незаконченными версиями трёх песен, две из которых — «Free As A Bird» и «Real Love» — музыканты доработали. От третьей же пришлось отказаться, поскольку коллеги покойного Леннона не решились дописывать строфы куплета, дабы не интерпретировать превратно мысль Джона.
Тем не менее, спустя более 10 лет Пол Маккартни решился-таки на смелый шаг: сочинил недостающие строки и записал их в своём исполнении, оставив в припеве голос автора. Ринго Старр обеспечил партию ударных, а гитару музыканты взяли из архивных записей Джорджа Харрисона.
